Intentional infliction of emotional distress-one who by outrageous conduct, intentionally or recklessly causes another to suffer severe emotional distress. If the Defendant's conduct is directed at a third person Plaintiff, in addition, to the above stated elements, must prove he/she was present at the scene of the outrageous conduct.
